and in a few moments I’m going to count from three to one… and at the count of one I want you to imagine seeing some blood… it may be your blood or someone else’s blood… just imagine yourself seeing some blood… and imagine yourself staying completely calm… completely relaxed… in complete control… as I count from three to one on the count of one imagine yourself seeing some blood… feeling so calm… feeling so relaxed and in control….

and imagine this now… just imagine this now in your mind’s eye… imagine yourself seeing some blood… completely calm… completely relaxed in yourself… just imagining yourself now in control… imagine this in your mind’s eye… so calm… so relaxed and in complete control… imagine this in your mind’s eye and I’ll give you a few moments as you do this…

and as you imagine this you feel good… you just feel good in yourself knowing… truly knowing that you do always feel calm and relaxed in yourself when you do see blood… and in your mind again mentally say to yourself…

and imagine this… imagine yourself now at the doctors or the hospital giving blood or having an injection… imagine yourself feeling calm…. Just imagining yourself completely relaxed… in complete control of your thoughts… in complete control of your emotions… staying in the moment… relaxed… feeling good… feeling so good in yourself… feeling good in yourself because you’re now calm… you’re now relaxed when you do see blood…. imagine this in your mind’s eye and again I’ll give you a few moments as you do this…

and as you imagine this you feel good… you just feel good in yourself knowing… truly knowing that you do always feel calm and relaxed in yourself when you do see blood… and in your mind again mentally say to yourself…

and now as I count from three to one… this time on the count of one just imagine that you have cut yourself whilst making something to eat… imagine yourself completely calm… relaxed in yourself knowing you’re going to be fine…

and imagine this now… imagine yourself bleeding… dealing with it… staying calm and staying relaxed… truly knowing… knowing truly that you’re completely fine…. imagine this in your mind’s eye… just imagine that you have cut yourself and you’re bleeding… dealing with it… staying calm and staying relaxed in yourself… feeling good… really feeling good in yourself knowing… truly knowing that you do always feel calm… imagine this in your mind’s eye and again I’ll give you a few moments as you do this…

A few moments of silence

and as you imagine this you feel good… you just feel good in yourself knowing… truly knowing that you do always feel calm and relaxed in yourself when you do see blood… you do always feel relaxed in yourself when you see blood… you do always feel calm and you do always feel relaxed in yourself when you do see blood because you’re in control of your thoughts… you’re in control of your emotions… you always feel calm and relaxed in yourself when you do see blood because it feels normal… it feels completely natural for you to stay in the present moment…
