you look after yourself… you look after your body… you make sure you get enough sleep… you rest your body… you rest your mind… and I want you now to imagine… imagine yourself now looking into a mirror… a full-length mirror…. imagine this in your mind’s eye…. imagine looking into a full-length mirror… and as you imagine this… as you imagine looking into a full length mirror you see yourself with the perfect body… imagine this in your mind’s eye…. imagine looking at yourself in a full-length mirror… observing each and every muscle group… seeing the perfect sculpture…. imagine this in your mind’s eye…

and because you’re focused… because you’re disciplined… this real you… this real strong chiselled you is shining through more… is shining brighter and brighter each day… and this real you… this real strong chiselled you is shining through more… is shining brighter each day because you’re aggressive when you train… this real strong chiselled you is now shining through… is now shining more every single day because you push yourself… this real strong chiselled you is now shining through more… is now shining brighter each day because you have a positive mindset… you have a positive mindset… and your thoughts and the things that you tell yourself with regards to training with regards to looking after yourself… your thoughts are positive… and your thoughts stay positive… and in a few moments I’m going to get you to reaffirm this idea… this belief that you are becoming bigger and stronger… in a few moments I’m going to repeat a suggestion… the suggestion will be…

and when I say this suggestion in a few moments…

all I want you to do is mentally say this to yourself… because mentally saying this to yourself inside your mind will reaffirm in you this idea… it will reaffirm in you this belief that you are becoming bigger and stronger… so mentally say to yourself…

and again mentally say this to yourself…

And every time you say this to yourself… this idea… this belief it grows stronger… it becomes more real for you… so mentally say to yourself again…

and again as I count from three to one… at the count of one imagine yourself training… pushing yourself… attacking the weights… imagine this… as I count from three to one… imagine yourself training… giving 100 percent… focused and disciplined… in the zone… working the muscle group completely… so…

and imagine this in your mind’s eye… imagine yourself training… focused and disciplined… in the zone… working the muscle group completely…. imagine this in your mind’s eye… and again I’ll give you a few moments to imagine this.
