and when you say the word…

all I want you to do is release that tension in your fist… release that redness… and as you do this a calmness… a comfort… a coolness will just wash over you and you’ll feel calm… you’ll feel completely relaxed… and you’ll just feel completely cool and in control…

imagine now… think about a time in the past when you’ve blushed… imagine and think about a time in the past now that you’ve blushed…. and just imagine now going back to that time… just stepping back into your body… seeing what you saw… hearing what you heard… feeling that redness come over you… just imagine this in your mind’s eye… be there now… seeing what you saw… hearing what you heard… feeling that redness… feeling that blushing coming you…

and now as you begin to feel that redness… as you begin to feel that blush… begin to make that fist… and imagine transferring that redness… imagine now transferring that blush down to your fist… transferring the redness… transferring that blushing all the way to that fist… like you’re holding onto that blush in your fist… just do this now… imagine transferring all of that redness… transferring all of that tension… just imagine transferring that blush into that fist… holding on to that redness… holding on to that tension… holding on to that blush in that fist… feeling the redness drain from your face… draining down to your fist… and now in your mind mentally say to yourself….

and as you do this I want you now to release… release that redness… let go of that blush… release and let go of that tension… just allow your hand to relax… and as you do this a calmness… a comfort… as you do this a feeling… a wonderful feeling of coolness simply washes over you and you feel and you become calm… you feel you become completely relaxed and cool…

and each and every time you use this technique… the effects get better and simple grow stronger for you… so again in a few moments I will count from three to one and again at the count of one think about a time that you’ve blushed… just think about a time that you’ve blushed… a time you’ve gone red…

and think now… think about a time in the past that you’ve gone red… a time when you’ve blushed… and just imagine now… or think… whatever works best… imagine now like you were going back to that time… stepping back into your body… seeing what you saw… hearing what you heard… feeling that redness… feeling that warmth feeling… that blush… just be there now… see what you saw… hear what you heard… feel that redness… feel that warmth… feel that blush… and as you being to start to feel the warmth… as you begin to start to feel the redness… as you begin to start to feel this blush… again make that fist… and again imagine transferring that redness… again image transferring that tension… again imagine transferring that warmth… that blush… down to your fist… holding on to that warmth… holding on to that redness… holding on to that tension… holding on to that blush… transferring that redness… transferring that blush…

transferring that tension down into your fist… holding on to that redness… holding on to that tension… just imagine doing this now… draining all of that redness… draining all of that warmth down into your fist… just imagine doing this… imagine this in your mind’s eye now… transferring that redness… transferring that tension… transferring that blush down into your fist… and then again in your mind… mentally say to yourself…

let go… release… just release that tension… release that warmth… release… release that blush… let it go completely now… let it go and just allow a feeling of calmness… just allow a feeling of comfort… just allow a feeling of coolness wash over you… and each time you use this technique it does get better and better for you… it does get better and better for you…

and we will do this once more… and it will work even better this time… so again in a few moments I will count from three to one… and again at the count of one think about a time again in the past when you’ve blushed… think about a time when you’ve blushed… a time you’ve gone red… a time you felt tense…

and think about this time now… imagine this… think and imagine like you were going back to this time… stepping back into your body… seeing what you saw… hearing what you heard… feeling that redness… feeling that tension… feeling that blush… feeling that warmth… imagine this… think about this… be there right now… seeing what you saw… hearing what you heard… feeling that warmth… feeling that redness… feeling that blush… and now again begin to make that fist… make that fist now… and just imagine that redness… imagine that warmth… imagine that blush just draining from your face… transferring it now to that fist… holding on to that warmth… holding on to that redness… holding on to that blush… holding on to that tension…. that tension… that redness… that blush just draining now into your fist… imagine this now… holding on to that tension… holding on to that blush… holding on that redness… holding on to that warmth in your fist… and now in your mind again mentally just say to yourself…

and now release… let go of that tension… let go of that warmth… let go of that blush… let that warmth disappear… as a feeling of calmness… as a feeling of comfort… as a feeling of relaxation… a feeling of coolness just washes over you… and each time you use this technique… this technique and the positive effects get better… each time you use this technique… the positive effects simply grow stronger and stronger for you… and what this means… it means in the future if for some reason you start to feel yourself going red… if for some reason in the future you feel yourself starting to blush… all you’ll need to do is make that fist… and just imagine transferring that redness… imagine transferring that warmth… imagine transferring that warmth… that blush down into your fist… and then mentally say to yourself…

and then release… release that tension… let that warmth… let that blush disappear… as a calmness… as a coolness… as a feeling of relaxation washes over you… and each time that you use this technique it does get better… the effects grow stronger and stronger for you…

and as you relax more with each breath… these suggestions… these ideas grow stronger… become more and more real for you… as you relax more and more with each breath… you just feel good in yourself… you feel so good now in yourself knowing…. just knowing that you’re now moving forward… you’re now moving forward in just a wonderful positive direction… feeling and now just becoming calm… now just feeling and now just becoming relaxed… now feeling and now just becoming completely confident interacting with other people…

and you feel calm… you feel relaxed… and you now feel confident what you’re interacting with other people because now you’re in control… you’re now in complete control of your thoughts… and your thoughts now with regards to interacting with other people… your thoughts are positive… and your thoughts now with regards to interacting with other people remain positive… and because your thoughts are positive… and because your thoughts remain positive… it means when you’re now interacting with other people you feel calm in yourself… you feel and you’re just confident… you just feel and you just remain completely cool and in complete control… and you feel calm… you feel relaxed… you feel confident… and you just feel cool and in control when your interacting with other people because you’re free… you’re completely free now from blushing…
